אנו מתכוננים לשנה החדשה עם הרשמה למקומות לימים נוראים וגביית חברות לתש"פ

מקומות

 ב"ה קהילתנו ממשיכה לגדול על אף עזיבתם של מכמה משפחות מקהילתנו. בית הכנסת קטן מלהכיל את כל חברי הקהילה ולכן גם השנה הזמנו אוהל אשר ימוקם על מגרש הכדורסל שמאחורי בית הכנסת. האוהל יהיה גדול יותר משנה שעברה (לכ -190 מתפללים) בנוסף, כמו בשנה שעברה, יהיו מושבים עם שולחנות הזמינים לרוב הגברים והנשים שיושבים באוהל, לעומת בית הכנסת שבו לנשים יש מעט מאוד שולחנות.

התנדבות

במהלך השנה ישנם פעילויות ואירועים רבים בבית הכנסת המצריכים עזרה באירגון. לקראת תש"פ, כל חבר יתבקש להתנדב לפעילות אחת במהלך השנה. בטופס הרישום לימים נוראים תצורף רשימת פעילויות וכל חבר יתבקש לשבץ עצמו לפעילות אחת לפחות. חברי הוועד יצרו איתכם קשר לתיאום ההתנדבות.

דף קשר

אנו מעוניינים ליצור דף קשר של חברי הקהילה שיהיה זמין באינטרנט לכל החברים. נודה לחברים המעוניינים להופיע בדף הקשר שיעדכנו את פרטי ההתקשרות שלהם במהלך הרישום לחגים. 

פידבק

גובה תשלומים

התשלומים כדלהלן:

-          קרן בניין: 6000 ₪ (אפשר בפריסה) – תרומה חד פעמי

-           דמי תרומה שוטפים לשנה 3000 ₪ (אפשר בפריסה ל12 תשלומים)

-          אנו מבקשים מכל החברים גם מהמשפחות שמגיעות לזמן מוגבל לשכונה להשתתף בקרן בניין בתרומה של לפחות 1000 ₪ לשנה.

-      ניתן לשלם בשיקים ישראלים לפקודת בית כנסת משכן שילה, בשיקים אמריקאים לפקודת Central Fund Of Israel, בכרטיסי אשראי ובהוראות קבע.

אם משלמים בכרטיס אשראי אפשר על ידי האתר אינטרנט בתשלומים: http://mishkanshilo.org/hebrew/donations/ או בהוראת קבע.

עלות מקומות לימים נוראים

-          מי שהסדיר את התשלומים הנ"ל – ללא תשלום נוסף

-          אורח של חבר – 250 ₪

-          מי ששילם רק תרומת חברות ולא משתתף בקרן בניין בלפחות 1000 ₪ לשנה - 250 ₪ לכיסא

-          מי שלא חבר ולא בקרן הבניין 500 ₪ לכיסא

       - כל מי שעדיין לא סיים את החובות שלו מהשנה הקודמת מתבקש לגשת ולטפל בעניין אפשר לפנות לשמואל כ"ץ.

      - חשוב לציין . כל מי שרוצה להיות חבר בבית הכנסת אך קשה לו לעמוד בתשלומים מסיבה כלכלית מתבקש לשוחח עם שמואל כ"ץ או הרב בגנו וכמובן תהיה התחשבות מלאה .

למקומות לימים הנוראים, יש למלא את הטופס הבא:

-   מקומות בימים הנוראים זכאים ילדים מכיתה ד' ומעלה שיושבים בפועל בתפילות.

- סיום הרישום לימים הנוראים 10.9.2019

Dear Members,

We are making plans for the upcoming new year and starting dues collection for 5780.

Seats

While a number of families have moved to new communities, B”H our kehilla continues to grow and new families are joining.  Therefore, this year, as last year, we will be setting up a tent on the basketball court behind the shul, which will be larger than last year.  There will be seats at tables available for almost all men and women who sit in the tent, as opposed to the shul where there are minimal tables for women. As was the case last year, the minyan in the tent will be appropriate for those families who prefer a smaller and meaningful tefilla that would start at the same time as the shul but would end earlier than the shul.  It is intended that the Rav would join the tent and daven mussaf on the second day of RH and for Kol Nidrei. 

As part of the signup process, we are asking member families to sign up for either the shul or the tent. 

Volunteering

In connection with arranging seats for 5780, we are asking each family to commit to volunteer for at least one shul project or event during the year.  As part of registration, you will be asked to make a preliminary choice as to an area in which you would wish to volunteer..  A member of the committee will be in touch with you to coordinate.

Shul Directory

We are in the process of putting together a new shul directory, which would be available only to members of the shul online.  We are collecting updated and more detailed information from members.  If you wish to be included please include the relevant information as part of the form.

Feedback/Suggestions

Our members are always welcome to provide feedback or suggestions to any member of the vaad, the vaad email at vaadmishkanshilo@gmail.com and using the mailbox to the right outside the shul.

Dues

-          Building Fund donation:   6,000 NIS (installments option available) – one-time fee

-          Annual Membership donation:   3000 NIS (option for 12 installments)

-          We request that ALL members, even if they are planning to remain in the Shul only temporarily, pay Building Fund donation, at a rate of (at least) 1000nis per year.

-         Payments can be made via Israeli checks made out to "Mishkan Shilo", American checks made out to "Central Fund of Israel", credit cards, or Horaat Keva

Fees for Yamim Noraim Seats

*  Members who have settled payment or made payment arrangements – free of charge

*  Due to space considerations, each household will be eligible for seats for two adults and children 4^th grade and up. Thank you for your understanding.

* Guests of Members: 250 NIS per seat

·    Annual Members (who have not made arrangements to pay Building Fund dues of at least 1000nis per year): 250 NIS per seat

·    Non-members (neither BF nor annual):  500 NIS per seat

·    Members who have outstanding fees from last year or have questions about their balance, are kindly requested to contact Shmuly Katz at their earliest convenience to arrange payment.

·    Please note:  The Kehilla welcomes anyone who may be interested in becoming a member; families with financial difficulty in meeting the payments, please feel free to speak to Shmuly Katz or HaRav Bagno and we will, of course, make every effort to come to a mutually comfortable arrangement.

To register for seats for the Yamim Noraim and participate in the shul directory, please fill out the following form.  

 Children in grade 4 and above who are able to sit throughout davening will be eligible for a seat on the Yamim Noraim.

·     Registration for seats will take place until September 10.

Section -46

All shekel contributions are deductible according to Israeli tax law (Section -46).  All dollar contributions are tax deductible according to American tax law, when checks are made out to “Central Fund of Israel”.
